An experienced medical doctor with a demonstrated history of transforming and leading growth strategies in the Diagnostic, Managed care, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare Consulting and Hospital Management Industry.Ademolu is a strong healthcare business professional with an MBA focused on Strategic Management from The University of Bradford School of Management, United Kingdom and a post-graduate training and certification in Health, Safety and Environmental Management and Health Resources Management from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. He is a member of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and the International Institute of Business Analysis, Canada.
Overlaid onto this base is a wealth of experience and knowledge gained Nationally and Internationally, by training and work programs in India, South Africa, Cote d’ voire, Kenya, Ghana, among others. He has a long track record of successfully transforming many healthcare organizations, among them includes PathCare Laboratories- Nigeria’s first ISO accredited laboratory and Lancet Laboratories from South Africa where he was instrumental to its set up in Nigeria envisioning and implementing the market entry strategies. He was also Medical Science Liaison, English West Africa for Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
He is a Consultant and Advisor to Guidepoint Global Advisors, USA and serves on the Board of several Organizations.

OlusholaUbah is the Matron at CarePoint Hospital, Egbeda. She supervises and coordinates of all nursing staff and nursing processes at CarePoint Hospital Egbeda which include ensuring the appropriate care of patients with the physicians and staff, conducting deliveries and providing health education to patients. She is a member of the quality team, ensuring the provision of quality care to patients.
Olushola is a Registered Nurse (BNSc), qualified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advance Cardio Life Support (ACLS), Pediatrics Advance Life Support (PALS), Automated Electronic Defibrillator (AED) and Cardio- Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Olatunde Abdulsalam is the Hospital Manager at CarePoint Hospitals, Ojo, Lagos. He is responsible for the management of CarePoint Hospital, Ojo and oversees all personnel charged with operations. He supervises the preparation and submission of reports, detailing financial activities and professional services. As the Hospital Manager he works closely with the Human Resource Manager to improve team strength and quality of staff in the hospital, liaising with senior stakeholders and management as well as third party suppliers in health sector and making recommendations. Abdulsalam also works with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure compliance on standards operating procedure for all departments
Prior to joining the CarePoint Hospital team, Abdulsalam has worked as Hospital Administrator at Folawiyo Hospital in conjunction with the Medical Director, implementing daily rounding for quality and compliance on every patient, ensuring due adherence of the standard operating procedure for all departments and developing procedures for quality assurance, patient services, medical treatment, department activities and public relations outreach.
As the Hospital Administrator at Abeo Memorial Hospital, Ibadan from 2015- 2017 he was able to increase client base of the Hospital through strategic thinking implementation, public education and marketing research, order and maintain proper inventory levels of medications, controlled substances, consumables, equipment and other hospital supplies. He also successfully established Client/Vendor relationships and provision of satisfactory services from both non clinical and clinical staff. Olatunde Abdulsalam holds a B. Agric Animal Science from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria and an M.Sc in Agricultural Biochemistry and Nutrition from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Uju Regina Adibe is the Head of Medical Laboratory Unit, CarePoint Hospital Ojo. She is a proven knowledge and experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist. She is charged with carrying out medical tests, monitoring, training and supervision of the Technicians and other Laboratory professionals.Ujuis also responsible for creating a safe environment which includes Laboratory Environment, Infection Control and Clinical Laboratory Testing.
In Uju’s 13 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, she has worked as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Muskat Hospital, Lagos, Shekinah’s Laboratory Alaba, Ojo Lagosand a Medical Laboratory Intern at Tinca’s Hospital Apapa Lagos.
Regina has received certificate awards from the Federal Ministry of Health (FMoH) Nigeria; National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control Programme (NTBLCP) Abuja and the Pathfinder International; Sexual and Reproductive Health without Fear or Boundary. She holds a BachelorofMedical Laboratory Science (B.MLS) degree in Microbiology.

Ayosanmi Adelowo is the Hospital Manager for CarePoint Hospital, Egbeda. He is charged with supervising and coordinating operations and administrative activies at CarePoint Hospital, Egbeda. He is instrumental as an HMO billings officer and is a member of the quality team to ensure quality care is provided to patients. As the Hospital Manager he works closely with the Human Resource Manager to improve team strength and quality of staff in the hospital
Prior to working with CarePoint Hospitals, he served as a Facility Maintenance Manager at Goodness Medical Centre, Laboratory Manager at Prestige Dagnostic Centre and Hospital Manager at Goodness Medical Centre. Ayosanmi obtained a BSc in Business Administration from Lagos State University and has Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
Head, Medical Laboratory Unit, CarePoint Hospital, Egbeda
Blessing Oluwole is the Head of Medical Laboratory Unit, CarePoint Hospital, Egbeda. She supervises all processes, sample analysis and quality assurance in the laboratory.
Before joining the CarePoint Hospitals team, she worked at Promise Hospital as a focal person for HIV monitoring under FHI360 and was amember of the hospital quality team, analysing samples. She has also worked with Cavesbury Hospital as a Supervisor/ Head of Department, Head of Marketing team and analysing samples in the laboratory
Blessing Oluwole holds a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) degree anda Certificate in HIV monitoring for comprehensive center. She is also a certified CD4 analysist using BDfascount machine and qualified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advance Cardio Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatrics Advance Life Support (PALS).

Toyosi Ogunleye is the Head of Pharmacy at CarePoint Hospitals. He supervises the operations of CarePoint Pharmacies and Pharmacy Technicians. Toyosicoordinates and maintains the supply process of pharmaceuticals, pricing, inventory, compliance and use for serve patient needs and provide quality care.
Prior to his role at CarePoint Hospitals, Toyosi workedas a Community Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager at Juta Pharmacy for two years and he is experienced in Industrial Pharmacy settings as he worked with Reals Pharmaceuticals for a year as a Production and Regulatory Pharmacist.He has also worked at the Rauf Aregbesola Primary Health Center, Lagos. Toyosi holds aB.Pharm degree at Igbinedion University, Okada.
Ruth Akinloye is the Quality Officer for CarePoint Hospitals and as such, she ensures patient centered and quality care is provided with the appropriate equipment and qualified personnel. Ruth has over three years’ experience in different areas of the clinical service and has been committed to providing quality care to persons and family.
Ruth obtained a degree in Nursing Science from Babcock University and earned a Registered Nurse certificate from University College Hospital, Ibadan.
